This document details the platform setup process following signing up. Once the account is set up as outlined in the Getting Started section, please refer to the below guide to ensure successful implementation.
Here is the list of tasks required for the implementation and rollout of Typo. The process is structured into three phases:
Phase 1: Setting Up Data Sources – Configure integrations, members, teams, repositories, and projects.
Phase 2: Metric Configuration – Set up Git branches and Jira to ensure accurate calculations based on your processes.
Phase 3: Team Rollout – Plan and execute team access and onboarding.
