Typo offers free access to the Dashboard, where you can assign your team members one of three roles:

#### Admin:

Full access to all Metrics, Configurations, and Account settings across the entire organization.

**Admin (View Only):**

Full access to all Metrics for all teams. This role allows user to see all the data without the ability to make any changes to the configuration or settings.

#### Manager:

Access to the team they manage. This role allows users to view all analytics related to their team but does not include account settings.

#### Developer:

View their activity and DORA insights for the team they are part of.

Below are the details of the access you get based on the different roles -

Admins and Managers both have access to Settings but with different levels of control. Managers can manage settings specifically for their team, while Admins have access to all configurations across the account.

### Granting Access to Users

You can give access to users from the Settings. Follow these steps:

1. Navigate to **Settings > Manage Access**.
2. Click on the **Invite User** button.
3. Select the role: Developer, Manager, or Admin.
4. Enter the email address where the user will receive login instructions.

By following these steps, you can ensure your team members have the appropriate access to the Typo Dashboard based on their roles and responsibilities.
