You will find the step-wise guide to export your issue tracker user data using the tool mentioned below.
To export the user data from the JIRA account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Log in to your Atlassian account and go to JIRA.
In the top-right corner select the gear icon and click on User Management.
In the user section click on the dots beside the invite button.
Click on Export. The data will be downloaded along with the account Ids of each member.
To export the user data from the Linear account, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Login to your Linear account.
You will land on the Members section in Settings
Scroll to the bottom and click on the Export CSV button. The data will be downloaded.
In the top-left corner click on workspace name and click on Invite & manage members.
