# Initiative

Initiatives allow you to stay on top of ongoing major projects/features to spot at-risk work and course-correct before it’s too late. Be it a project, epic, or story, customize Initiatives on your own & gain full visibility into the status and progress of cross-team tasks.

To set up the initiative, follow these steps -&#x20;

1. Click on the "Create Initiative" button<br>

2. Enter details\
   Enter the name of your initiative\
   Select the initiative you would like to track from your issue tracker\
   Add start date & end date for your initiative\
   Click on the save button

And done! All stats for your initiatives will be displayed on this screen
