# Synchronize “CFR” & “MTTR” without incident management?

We can help you with this!

If there is a process you follow to detect deployment failures, for example, if you use labels like hotfix, rollbacks, etc for identifying PRs/tasks created to fix failed deployments, Typo will read those labels accordingly and provide insights based on your failure rate and the time to restore from those failures.

To set up [CFR](/typo-help-docs/platform/settings-and-admin/metric-configurations/change-failure-rate-cfr.md) & [MTTR](/typo-help-docs/platform/settings-and-admin/metric-configurations/mean-time-to-restore-mttr.md), simply click on the "Configure" button next to the CFR card. From there, you can choose to configure it based on ticket type, PR titles, or other criteria.

Alternatively, you can share the details with us at <hello@typoapp.io>, and we'll take care of the configuration for you.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://typo.gitbook.io/typo-help-docs/faqs/metrics-faq/synchronize-cfr-and-mttr-without-incident-management.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
